SHIPPING

PROCESSING

          Once you have placed an order, NabiFly will proceed to process the order. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 24~48 hours from the date of purchase. The date of processing also will depend on the third-party’s schedule. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. In the case of a holiday, emergency, or a weekend schedule, the processing will take place the following business day.

SHIPMENT

          NabiFly will not estimate for you a time of package arrival.NabiFly’s Standard Delivery is based on a third-party’s offers and schedule. Therefore, NabiFly will not guarantee nor estimate a delivery time.
          The shipping methods in the order processing page of Nabifly.com are the methods provided by a third-party company. NabiFly cannot regulate or change from these methods. If the methods change, International shipments must follow the policies of the third-party company.

           International shipments may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be.

          NabiFly will not take any responsibility for any kind of damages incurred due to late processing, late, early, unexpected, or misdirected delivery, international customs hold, any conflicting international policies, any claims that arise from the lack of shipping methods, changes in the shipping methods or to the third-party company, return shipping fees, or damaged products due to mishandling.


CANCELLATION

          You may cancel, apply for return, apply for replacement, and apply for refund within 10 days of the order date. NabiFly will not grant any returns, cancellations, replacements, or refunds requested after the 10 days of the order date.

RETURNS

          Products may be returned after the approval of the NabiFly customer service. The consumer will be responsible for the return shipping fee unless stated otherwise. You must request a refund by contacting NabiFly customer service email at info@nabifly.com. A Return Authorization Number will be given to you at the time of approval.

          Any replacements must be stated at the time of the request for refund. If such requests are not stated, then NabiFly will not automatically replace an item.

          Any products not sold through NabiFly are not eligible for return to NabiFly. Any Nabifly products purchased through a distributor or via non-member retail must be returned to that distributor or the retail salesperson. NabiFly will not take responsibility over any dispute that occurs between the two parties.

REFUND

          There will be a 10% reimbursement fee unless stated otherwise. Reimbursement will be issued through credit via your original payment method (after the 10% reimbursement fee). You agree to these conditions and terms of the return and cancellation policies when you issue an order at nabifly.com.
